Ms. Ingrid Kelada has over 25 years of experience in psychology and is a happiness expert. She is bilingual and offers her expertise to a wide range of clients all over the world.

She is proud of her recent Amazon bestselling book 21 Days to Happiness which is now available as an audiobook and interactive e-learning program. She is a speaker and has facilitated over 1000 workshops on a wide range of topics like communication, stress, time & energy management, teamwork, persuasion and more.

People find her to be pragmatic, inspiring and funny! In fact, that’s part of what inspired her to begin her study of happiness more than ten years ago. Friends and colleagues have always commented on her high energy and positivity, so learning to understand how happiness works and the science behind it as well as the best ways to share it with others was pretty much a no-brainer.
